Fine-art pet and equine photography in Southern California, built around a simple idea: your artwork can mean something beyond your own walls.

Some photographs are just pictures.
These are proof.

Proof that this dog mattered. That your bond with this horse was real.
That somewhere, an animal still waiting for a home got a little closer to finding one.

Making an impact

His story didn't end with adoption.
It kept going.

Bene, a galgo rescued in Spain was adopted by Caleb a couple of years ago. When Caleb joined the Love at First Sight(hound) book project, he didn't stop at Bene's own portrait. He used his session credit to sponsor a spot in the book for another sighthound whose owner couldn't cover the participation fee, so a second dog's story made it into the book because of the first. Between participation fees, bonus donations, book sales, and cover contest votes, the project raised over $10,000 for SAGE, funding more flights, more rescues, more dogs finding their way home the way Bene did.

Learn about how you can make your own impact

There isn't one way to work together, and there's no wrong door. Here's where things stand now.

Work With Me

Path 1 - Open Projects

A look at what I’m currently inviting clients into.

Path 2 - Charitable Sessions

Two ways to put a session toward a cause you care about.

Auction & Fundraiser Sessions.  Bid on a donated session at a shelter, rescue, or community fundraiser, like Ronald McDonald House of Orange County’s annual gala or Alta Loma Riding Club’s Boots ‘n Brew event, and walk away with artwork of your own while supporting the organization directly.

Design a Donation.  Have a cause you already care about? We can shape a donated session around it together, much like a design and order appointment, but for giving.

A Private Commission

Prefer a guaranteed spot on my calendar? A private commission includes a percentage given to a cause you choose, so the impact is personal to you.

Meet the person behind the camera

Hi, I'm Kelly

I spent 25 years as an attorney before I retired and turned photography into a full-time business built around a passion I’d already been pursuing on the side. That background shows up less in the pictures and more in how I run things: carefully, honestly, without cutting corners.
